Ashland Youth Baseball & Softball (AYBS)  

1.) There is no need to open a new account if you have a returning player or you are adding another player.  If you have registered for Ashland Youth Soccer before you will use the same account information.  Your account name is your email account.

Forgot your password? Access the online system, initiate a log in and select the ‘Forgot password?’ link to have the system email your password.  If you do not remember which email address you used, please contact the AYBS Registrar at aybsregistrar@comcast.net.

2.) Please review your account information and email addresses during your registration.  Correct email addresses assures your receipt of important information sent by the league.

3> AYBS follows the guidelines set up by Little League for determining the age grouping for baseball teams.  Baseball player's grouping is determined by the child’s age as of May 1 of that year. Softball player's grouping is determined by the child's current school grade.

4> The Spring season will begin in April. Please note coaches will begin making contact near the end of March.

5> Any player registering after February 15 will be placed on the wait list with no guarantee that the child will be placed on a team.

Fees

The online registration fee varies depending on the age of the child. There is a limit of $325 per family. Please note that your registration cannot be processed without proper payment.

Registrations received after February 15 will be placed on a wait list. There is NO guarantee that waitlisted players will be placed on a team.

Refund Policy
100% before January 18; 50% from January 18 – February 15; no refunds after February 15.

Dates

Nov 1- Regular Registration period begins.

Jan 18- Last day to register before incurring late fee.

Feb 15 - Last day to register for spring baseball or softball without being placed on the wait list.

Uniforms

All shirts & caps or visors for all programs are free to all players. Replacement shirts & caps are $25.

Volunteers

Please be sure to indicate on the registration form of your willingness to volunteer to support the program. AYBS ALWAYS has openings for coaches, assistant coaches, and general logistics support. We will help you learn how to help the program with whatever time you can spare. Please feel free to CONTACT AYBS if you have any further questions about the program. Instructions

1. If you previously registered online with Ashland Youth Soccer, use the account you used for soccer. Your Username is the email address you used to open the account.

2. Do NOT create a new account if you forgot your previous username. If you do not remember your username, CONTACT AYBS and we will send you your username.

3. If you forgot your password, click the blue 'Login' button and enter your email address. Select the ‘Forgot your password?’ link.  Your password will be emailed to you.

4. If you previously registered with the Ashland Youth Soccer program using a paper form but would like to use the online system, CONTACT AYBS to gain access to your account.
